Frequently Asked Questions

There are many advantages to Online and Distance Learning, but the main advantages have to be cost and flexibility. With Distance Learning there is no need to attend a classroom environment so there is no waste of time or other resources in transport, commuting to specific location for each class, this is also a great advantage for those with restricted mobility.

You can learn at your own pace, so you can get through your course as quickly or slowly as you please, and of course the costs are also a lot less!

For some the downside is that they do not have the classroom experience or have access to fellow students as they work through their course. That said, more and more people are accessing distance learning options as they can see that the advantages outweigh the cons.

Our online Student & members Platform is very stable, we have set our standard of being up and accessible for at least 99 per cent of the time. Occasionally we will need to complete updates of both software and or server capacity, we will do our very best to complete these larger updates to a minimum and we will let everyone know in advance if there is going to be a down time of longer than 30 minutes.

We use state of the art AWS Servers with the highest security encryption available to protect your personal information.

All our native courses are HTML / MPEG 4 and can be viewed on most devises with a broadband connection. We HIGHLY recommend you use the Chrome web browser as this gives the very best performance when viewing training videos on our system.
