ACT now to join a small group of like-minded individuals wanting to learn and apply powerful personal development tools to develop their visions and achieve their goals.

During this 10-week personal development course, we will share with you a set of proven and effective tools.  We will then work with you as you ACT to apply them to your own life.

ACT is a powerful Personal Development course which will give you the tools to develop your vision for your future and set powerful goals.  It will enable you to achieve your vision and live the life you want.

We balance theory with practical application so that you will leave the course with a real understanding of how to set and achieve compelling goals for yourself as well as plenty of evidence that the model really works!

The course consists of 10 modules delivered weekly online via Zoom.  All students receive a detailed workbook which will provide you with a template for change that you can use over and over again.

We are NLP trainers, coaches and hypnotherapists who have studied many other personal development methods over the past 20 years – The ACT course is a distillation of what works.

Course Outline

Here is an outline of the themes we will be exploring each week.  We will share with you some key principles and we will then work with you to apply these new ideas to your own personal goals.

Week 1 – Life Audit

Where are you now, and where do you want to be?

Week 2 – Creating a Vision

Why is it important to have a vision/mission?  Tools and techniques for creating a compelling personal vision

Week 3 – Goal setting and commitment to action 

Maximising the chances of success and making your vision come true.

Week 4 – Motivation to action

Understanding what motivates us, and what doesn’t.  Why one person’s motivator may be another person’s de-motivator.

Week 5 – What is stopping you?

How we hold ourselves back and how to develop a positive internal dialogue.

Week 6 – Beliefs

Transforming limiting beliefs and developing empowering beliefs

Week 7 – Managing your emotional state

Simple techniques for generating positive states such as confidence and resourcefulness.

Week 8 – What else do you need?

A powerful model for reviewing what additional resources you may need in order to take the next steps on your journey.

Week 9 – Commitment to your future

Week 10 – Celebration of successes
