The course consists of 10 modules delivered weekly online via Zoom. All students receive a detailed workbook which will provide you with a template for change that you can use over and over again.

Understanding what motivates us, and what doesn’t. Why one person’s motivator may be another person’s de-motivator.
Week 5 – What is stopping you?
How we hold ourselves back and how to develop a positive internal dialogue.
Week 6 – Beliefs
Transforming limiting beliefs and developing empowering beliefs
Week 7 – Managing your emotional state
Simple techniques for generating positive states such as confidence and resourcefulness.
Week 8 – What else do you need?
A powerful model for reviewing what additional resources you may need in order to take the next steps on your journey.
Week 9 – Commitment to your future
Week 10 – Celebration of successes
