The UKCPD Advisory Panel

Our college is guided by a dedicated panel of highly experienced, non-executive professionals from diverse business backgrounds.

UKCPD began its development back in 1998, and during this time it has been fortunate enough to have had the support of many amazing individuals who have given their time and expertise to kick start and support its growth and development.

Over the last few years, the College has grown at an exponential rate – adding more courses and qualifications, both professional and academic.  We moved from an “in person” training organisation to an “online provider” compete with a bespoke learning platform.  As the scope and numbers of students and Team Members has grown, the strain on the original founders was beginning to show and the realisation that the College was becoming a mature organisation, and some of the elements that modern students, professional bodies and the general public expect to be present were not always apparent.

While the legal status of the organisation currently remains the same, Private Limited Company – Company Number 06761363, its clear some evolution is required.

So, in addition to our team of extraordinarily talented and hard working Trainers, Tutors and support staff, it has become clear that some additional support is needed to support its founding members,  the operational and developmental direction of the College, its underpinning systems, checks and balances and its overall robust financial foundations.

With this in mind, we have appointed an Non Executive Advisory Panel who’s role is to support, advice and suggest ideas and also be a sounding board when decisions around challenges, opportunities and future development options are presented.  Additionally, something like a Board of Governors to further enhance our professional structure will also be appointed in due course.

The current Advisory Panel includes the following individuals:
