- Register you with Professional and Awarding Organisations as indicated by the qualification you are registering for

Registering For Professional & Academic Qualifications:
- When you register for a full qualification, we will need to pass your registration details to the qualification awarding body, i.e., ILM, Association For Coaching, Association For NLP etc.
- Requests for information from law enforcement agencies.
All personal data are processed by The UK College of Personal Development in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Part of our compliance is the registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Storing Your Personal Data
We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is stored securely.
Our data base is secured online and only accessed by team members that need to do so in the operation of their specific contracted team activities in delivering support to students and the general College business.
Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion, such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
