Entry Requirements – Suitability – Who is this ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading course for? 
While you don’t need any formal qualifications to enrol on this course, you should be a practising or be a potential team leader with work experience. The ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading is suitable for new or aspiring team leaders looking to develop a sound understanding of the roles, responsibilities and functions of a team leader.
