This intensive 20-day training over 7 months (weekends – Saturday & Sunday – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm) will give you the opportunity to truly integrate your learning, and have a plan on how to build success with your growing self-confidence and expanded knowledge and skills.
NLP Master Practitioner training is not just about learning additional models; it’s about deepening knowledge in a meaningful way and developing the wisdom to generate greater clarity of purpose and understanding, both for yourself, and your clients. You will go from simply following procedures, to designing purposeful, dynamic, outcome-focused actions.
With a focus on the NLP Modelling methodology and applying this set of tools and models in developing success, both personal and professional. To demonstrate the power of the NLP Modelling process, we will be completing a live modelling session with a past UKCPD graduate that has successfully built his NLP and Coaching practice. Then, in a later session, he will present his model on HOW he modelled “sporting excellence” to end my ‘Job’ to create his “Passion for Coaching”
We will also be modelling belief systems and how to make powerful and lasting change – clearing away old and unhelpful beliefs systems and installing enabling, empowering beliefs that support self confidence in building future success.
With the addition of The Hero’s Journey, NLP Meta Programs, Unified Theory of NLP, Advanced NLP Change Processes, NLP Modelling, Values Work, Quantum Linguistics, Presenting Skills, NLP Group Work and our outstanding guest trainers – this programme is designed to give you the skills, insights and practical tools to build your future success, both personal and professional.

Melanie Richens is a Professional Coach, Certified NLP Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner and Provocative Change Works TM Practitioner.
Her first career was as a lawyer, becoming a partner in a top 100 law firm and latterly Director of People. She is now following her passion for developing people enabling them to perform at their peak and removing barriers to success through a combination of coaching and training.
Melanie has coached and trained individuals at all levels to improve personal performance, to aid career progression and unlock personal potential enabling people to achieve their maximum capabilities. Melanie works collaboratively in partnership with clients to set and achieve goals, solve problems and foster learning and development.
She is equally at home working with individuals or organisations; when working with organisations she can bring her first-hand experience to bear of working at board level designing and implementing strategy and delivering cultural change.

John Lewis has been involved with the UK College of Personal Development for many years, first as a student and now as part of our training team.
John’s background is of a successful entrepreneur; he has run a successful logistics business for many years.
An accomplished coach and trainer, he combines his business sporting success as well as his coaching skills and knowledge to help his clients make lasting personal and professional changes.
John works with individuals, businesses and sports teams, helping them reach their full potential, overcoming the obstacles that can be holding them back or stopping them from getting to the next level.

Lynne Copp is an expert in Organisational & Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and is an award-winning writer and speaker.
