This one day action workshop will explore in detail a couple of advanced coaching models.
During this workshop we will examine, explore and discuss the key elements of each model and then use the breakout rooms for practice and feedback.
The APROCESS Model
The APROCESS Model is an extremely practical and easy to apply framework with the focus on gaining clear outcomes and then breaking the process into small steps. It helps the client differentiate between the reasons for the wanting a change and the reward for achieving it successfully.
The OSKAR Coaching Model
The OSKAR coaching model is a solutions-focused framework with five stages: Outcome, Scaling, Know-how, Affirm & Action, and Review. It guides coaches and coachees through defining a goal, assessing the current situation, leveraging existing resources, creating an action plan, and monitoring progress. The model emphasizes positive achievement and is designed to be motivational and collaborative
How Not to Coach
Using a video recording, we look at an example of perhaps a not so great coaching session, we then have a rich discussion session to explore the key learnings for the presentation.
As will all our CPD workshops, this will be a highly interactive and participative workshop with breakout rooms, discussion groups and Co-coaching sessions.
