Professional Coach and NLP Practitioner Group Supervision

Elevate your coaching practice. Embark on a journey of continuous improvement and professional excellence through supervision. Our Group Supervision sessions are designed to support you every step of the way, whether you are a seasoned coach or just starting your practice. Coaching supervision is a structured process of professional support designed to ensure the ongoing development of the coach and the enhancement of their coaching practice. This is achieved through interactive reflection, interpretative evaluation, and the sharing of expertise. Through this formal process, coaches receive the necessary guidance and feedback to continually refine their skills and maintain the highest standards of effectiveness in their coaching practice. Here at UKCPD we offer Group Supervision at various points in the year, so that you can refine your skills, gain new perspectives, ensure ethical practice, manage challenges, celebrate successes and be part of a supportive coaching community. Each supervision group will last for 1.5 hours and take place online with a maximum of 8 delegates per session. Group Supervision is a dynamic, collaborative and structured process where coaches come together under the guidance of an experienced supervisor to reflect on their practice, share insights, and enhance their skills. This structured environment fosters professional growth, offering a unique blend of support, accountability, and shared learning. Coaching Supervision stands as a reflective journey, aimed at sharpening the skills of coaches and ensuring we remain fit for purpose. Supervision encompasses three pivotal roles:

Why Group Supervision?

Group Supervision is a collaborative process where a cohort of coaches engages with a trained supervisor, it provides a rich arena for reflecting on coaching practices, mutual learning, and the exchange of feedback and support. There are many advantages to Group Supervision, they include: Peer Learning: Group Coaching Supervision presents a unique opportunity for coaches to learn from each other and foster a sense of community within a profession that can often feel isolating. By sharing experiences, insights, and challenges, coaches can gain new perspectives and approaches. This collaborative environment helps to broaden their outlook, develop new skills, normalise their experiences, and ultimately improve their coaching practice. Feedback and Support: In Group Coaching Supervision, coaches benefit from constructive feedback and support from both their peers and the coaching supervisor. This dynamic helps coaches identify their strengths, discover areas for development, enhance their coaching skills, build confidence, and ensure they are practicing self-care. Cost-Effective: Group Coaching Supervision is often more cost-effective than individual supervision, as the costs are shared among the participants, making it a more affordable option for many coaches. Demonstration of Ethical Practice: Your professional body requires you to have supervision. Regular Supervision sessions ensure you uphold the highest ethical standards in your practice. This commitment to integrity builds trust with your clients and reinforces your credibility as a coach. Systemic Lens: In our complex world, working with a Coaching Supervisor helps coaches adopt a more systemic approach to supporting their clients. The group format ensures that a variety of voices and perspectives from the system are represented, enriching the coaching experience. Take the next step in your coaching career. Join our Group Supervision sessions today and unlock your full potential as a life or business coach.
